 More about cycle training:
The training sessions will include:
  • ​sizing your bike
  • bike maintenance - changing tires, oiling the chain
  • nutrition & hydration
  • clothing - including how to wear a helmet 
  • road safety
The group(s) will stop for snacks on any ride over 1.5 hours.  Please bring your own snacks and we will spread out to uphold physical distance requirements.

Can't attend training rides on Saturday?  Don't miss out!   TO BE CONFIRMED
Additional training rides with Barb or Darcy and Marty start at 10am.  Routes to be determined:
  • Sunday May 24 proposed route Arbutus Greenway, Fraser River, UBC, lunch, beaches. 
  • Saturday June 20
  • Sunday July 19
  • Sunday August 23
